Caucasus Youth Nexus (Georgia)
Caynex is a non-governmental, non-profit organization which aims to translate European norms

law. Caynex has as its objective to increase political participation and to empower youth in the
regions, who often do not have access to education due to social and economic obstacles, as
well as IDP’s from conflict areas. We also strive to build bridges between EU countries and
other regions of the world through youth exchanges and other forms of intercultural dialogue.
Our organization is the Eastern Partnership and Central Asia Regional Office of MasterPeace,

Fundacja Autokreacja (Poland)
The Autokreacja Foundation aims at fostering the active participation in a civil society through
various initiatives in the field of social economy. We want to put the spotlight on problems of
diverse social groups that are often marginalized, which is why we focus on cooperation with
long-term unemployed, youth from underprivileged regions, unemployed women, elderly people,
immigrants and refugees. Many of our projects were designed to favor multiculturalism and
intercultural exchange by bringing together different lifestyles, points of view and philosophies.
Scope of operation of the Foundation relates to: social projects for business, integration projects
occupational trainings, educational projects, international projects and exchanges, high-quality
publications and reports, cooperation with Asian countries in the field of youth and
entrepreneurship.
FLOWY: “Financial Literacy of Organizations Working with youth”. The project’s primary
motivation is to contribute to the improvement of quality of youth work by improving the financial
management of youth organizations in Europe and Asia.
D-SEE: “Digitizing Social Entrepreneurship Education” intends to capitalize on the existing ICT
infrastructure and online platforms by developing an online entrepreneurship training program in
the form of an online simulation game. Gamifying, which applies game design principles to non-
gaming contexts, is not an altogether new concept – but applying it in youth work is. The project
will integrate entrepreneurship modules within the game, where the user will ‘set up’ his/her own
enterprise and see how entrepreneurship principles play out. This is complemented by a
recognition tool based on rankings, achievements and points acquired in the game.
