Head of Social Entrepreneurship Department at Caucasus Youth Nexus, Levan Gigilashvili, as a field work activity attended training courses for people who do have plans for opening their own social enterprises. “Social Entrepreneurship Lab” was organized by NGO Creative Development Center. Participants from Russia, Georgia and Ukraine spent one week and worked on their business ideas and possible prototypes to be presented in autumn on the final forum.
On the training course our representative worked on a Social Enterprise Idea, that Caucasus Youth Nexus is going to implement as part of the One Step Ahead project.
We should also mention, that “Social Entrepreneurship Lab” is four months long project and final meeting will be held in the autumn, on which all participants will present their achievements. After the first meeting all participants were assigned to individual mentors, who will help them to overcome all obstacles that is associated with creation of new business and also gives them pieces of advice to smarten their business ideas.
