On 24-25th of May “MasterPeace Eastern Partnership and Central Asia Regional Hub” hosted a training course as part of a field work activity for the project “One Step Ahead”. Training courses was about “Management of the Organization”, done by “Centre for Training and Consulting”! The training course was implemented by experienced trainer Mrs, Tamar Tsirekidze.
The new knowledge will help the team to plan the working processes more effectively, set the objectives, share responsibilities and then evaluate the quality of the work done. Part of the trainings that were about managing organization will help the team while working on a social enterprise idea to create suitable organisation structure and effectively plan the working processes.
The training course was fruitful for each participant, because we discussed our strengths and threats that can encumber our projects. We also developed new strategies and master-plans, which will help us to effectively implement our project.
We should also mention, that during those two days of the training course we mastered new bias and best existing practices that will help us to carry out significant and outstanding projects in the future as well.
Caucasus Youth Nexus volunteers and the staff also attended the training courses that we believe will increase the effectiveness of the whole organization.
